How much money does it cost for a Tutor?
Education Chest does not take a percentage of tutor’s rates, or charge tutors to use the platform to grow their business. Tutors choose their own rates and you pay directly to the tutor.
How will I know if a tutor accepts my session request
You will receive an email from Tutor Chest notifying you of a confirmed session request. You will be given your tutor’s preferred contact method, as well as session details.
How do I contact my tutor?
Once you request a session with the tutor of your choice, you will receive a confirmation email from info@tutorchest.com letting you know your tutor accepted your session date and time, as well as the tutors contact information, and link to the session (if virtual). You will receive a reminder email 24 hours and 15 minutes prior to your agreed upon session. You will also find each tutors contact information on their profile, if you choose to reach out to them directly to schedule a session.
